SeaKettle!! Wh.. whaaaa... whaattt? Yes, A SeaKettle!!

I was looking through the newspaper and I came across this SeaKettle. This is very cool! Okay, okay, you're just so desperate to know what it is.. okay, read on... (Note, I didn't write this, I got it off a site, and therefore I don't hold credits for this!!)

SeaKettle: A Life Raft With An Incorporated

Desalination Process

The SeaKettle is a life raft that combines safety, accessibility, and a desalination process. In an emergency at sea, you may not be able to obtain fresh drinking water before being forced to abandon ship. Passengers could easily die of thirst or from extreme temperatures before they are rescued or reach land. The SeaKettle solves these potential life threatening problems by providing both insulated, reliable shelter as well as fresh drinking water. The process, involves pumping sea water up to a Gortex covered reservoir, where the water is subject to evaporation. The evaporated water then hits the top canopy and condenses, filling the four pockets around the raft with fresh drinking water. The Gortex cover over the reservoir allows the vapor molecules to escape, but holds in the larger liquid molecules, preventing the pockets of fresh water from becoming contaminated by the sea water. This produces enough water for up to five passengers to stay sufficiently hydrated.

And here are some pictures:

(Cool right? It pumps the water, and somehow filters it and makes it drinkable and fills it in the four tubes to store it, and now you can drink it, without tasting the saltiness. =])

And thats it! Pretty cool right? Cause I WANT ONE!!! Not for survival or anything, but just for like a hobby, spend time and etc!! =D

End of The World...?

These few days, the TVs, newspapers and just everywhere are just showering with news about Japan and Libya. Its like 2012 is really the end of the world since all these Earthquakes, Tsunamis and etc are happening so frequently now... but is it really ending? I don't know, you tell me.
Its just sad to see the a well developed country, (Japan) is now in such a disaster. Is this God's planning? Are there called Karma? Since back in the days when Japan bombed US without and warnings? (Pearl Harbor). But anyways, thousands are confirmed to be dead and about 15K of people are missing. Recently there was a radiation leak in Japan, and researchers founded that the food and tap water are also affected in a 30km radius.
People are just so helpless that they can't do much to help them, except to donate money to them. Its really a big mess now in Japan, and people said it would at least take 5 years for the "clean up."

While on the other side of the world, its about to have a war. From what I understand, the leader of Libya,
Moammar Gadhafi has been ruling for a long time. Since his ancestors and pass down to him. Which means, there aren't any elections and etc. So the citizens of Libya wanted a change. And the were on strike and wanted to change the leader. And since Gadhafi didn't wanted to, the wanted to kept the citizens quiet. So somehow and something happened he killed mens who wanted a election for a different leader. Then the citizens called for help and the UN (United Nations) respond, and meetings after meetings, and decisions are decisions, UN decided to put a "No Fly Zone" in Tripoli, Libya. And Gadhafi sent someone to fly through the no fly zone, and while it was there, and I think Britain, and United States opened fire and shot it down with a tomahawk missile while France fired on Libyan's military vehicles. Later on, Obama, President of the United States said that the Libyan's Defense System is severely down. And Gadhafi said that he will protect his land and his countries dignity. And vows "long war." Somehow the childrens has been brain washed and was brought into buildings, and Gadhafi plan was that is the "innocent'" was in the buildings, so the UN wouldn't bring the buildings down.. but who knows...
From my opinions, how Libya gonna promise a long war with the UN? Every one in the UN is like so well developed and has the technologies and etc. And still Gadhafi dares to promise them a 'long' war? Well, who knows, maybe this dude has some connections with some other countries or just hiding some secrets about the weapons the have a etc? But still, I still think that the UN will definitely win.. for sure...

"Emotion Testing" Day

Today was a "emotion testing" day, I would say.. Today, there was this customer, (I know, I know, i always talk about my customers, but they just pisses me off..) he came in the first time and asked for paint, paint in a small tin. Okay, my brother served him and he bought it and left. Later on he came back all pissed and shit, kept on scolding and scolding. And he yelled to my parents why didn't they asked him what type of paint he wants. (There are paints for metal and for wall, and the one he bought a small, which we only had was the one for metal.) He scolded and scolded, "here is what customer service?" "You should ask what your customer wants!" My mom was behind the counter facing him, my dad was a few steps behind the customer facing him, and I was just a few feet away from him at the entrance/exit, and my brother was at the back do his thing. So then my parents started to talk back to him. My mom first said, "No, it's not like that, you came in and asked for paint and you think we could read your mind thinking what you want it for? You want us to interview with you first?" Then he said, "Im not going to come back here again, this place sucks!" Then he turned to my dad and yelled, "You try going to pharmacy and do that, if you fever, cough, sore throat or whatever, you have to them!!" I was in the middle of doing something when he came in, therefore i was holding a 2x2 wooden stick and a screwdriver. After he said that, my dad got mad and he stood up, and said, "Dude, this isn't pharmacy. You came in rushing and acting smart and stuff thinking you know what you wanted, so you got that and left, if you wanna act smart the go ahead!" "And look at you now.." (Cause his hand was full of the paint.) Then my mom quickly interfere again cause if not, some fighting would happened because the voices were getting louder. Then he wanted thinner to wash the paint off his hands, so my mom went and get it. Then later he kept scolding and raising his voice, Woah, I was standing right there.. PUMPED! And I was about to "OI" him, but I controlled it. So then he kept yelling and my dad yelled back. Then he kept yelling till he couldn't find any other words to say and called my dad "bodoh." (Which means stupid.) When that word came out of his mouth, at the corner of my eye I saw my mom starring at me dad, and it's felt like she was telling my dad to calm down, I see my dad pissed, and I was there READY, clenching on the stick. HOPING he would make a move. And he paid for the thinner and stammered out, and i was starring angrily at him. And since my parents never seen that side of me, I walked to the back of the store to calm down, I noticed my mom saw it. Then while i was at the back, I over heard my mom asking my dad if he saw my reaction or not. Then that was the end of that.. Hahhhh!! It just great that I feel better now after writing this down. But really, why do such brainless people exist??!!?

I Can Feel Freedom!

Hey, guess what? I can finally feel freedom's in the air, well for me.. Remember how I always couldn't "go out" and hang out with my friends and etc? There's something I thought about for a real long time. Because all teenagers have this mind growth thing, I read about it somewhere last time. Researcher shows that in people's teen age, they act really rebellious. (Well, for most people.) So then I was thinking about my brother, when we were in New York, he was really rebellious, like REALLY.. He pissed my parents off so much that while we had dinner one night, my dad threw his phone on the floor, like hard... And everything else too, then he borrowed a phone for his friends and brought it home, which pissed my parents even more. Then now back here, he totally changed, maybe his "rebellious time" was over? Perhaps? Then as time goes on, he was different, the way he acted, the way he talked and everything, it was just different. And it like my parents totally forgotten what he had done in the past. And now looking at that example, its like was the same. How my parents didn't let him go out at first, but he still went out, then as days went by he goes out like everyday. He was SO FREE!! So I was thinking, since my brother was like that in the past, my parents should be expecting me to act the same way. So thats what I did... When I ran out last time, my parents called and I didn't pick up, and its like my parents didn't know there was something called "voicemail" and they didn't know they were on it, and I over heard what they were saying, then that was the end. The next time I wanted to go out and almost everytime then, I always had an argument with them. But I went out anyways. And now when I want to go out, I just have to tell them, and they would ask where and when with who and etc, then BAM, im out. I just love the feeling of that.
Well, for that to happen, you need some other things. People who your parents really trust. As of for mine, my parents and my 5th uncle always go out and yum cha, and they would always talk about childrens. Okay, first. Whats common is my cousin and me. We sleep late and wake up late, both our parents own a store. So if we sleep late, we wake up late, and late for work. Back then, my parents would yell at me until I wake up, but now after what my Uncle told them, they let me sleep. Then I would have to take the taxi to work. And when I did they would get angry and stuff. But now when I accidentally sleep late and need to take the taxi out, they would be okay with it... Weird, but thats the fact.. Back then I would wake up at like 12, not knowing the time and sleep till 3, then wake up and head out. But now knowing the help my parents seek from me, I would wake up at 7:15, if I sleep late and they went out already, I would wake up at 8:30 or so, and head out like instantly once I've done my morning things.
Then you also have to take initiative, like by doing things without being ask, and you can't do those immature things you use to do. Then they'll see a change in you, in being able to take care about yourself. Well, looking back I guess I've changed?
